Q: Do you offer a Money-Back Guarantee?

Ans: Yes! All our hosting packages excluding Dedicated Servers include a 15 Day Money-back Guarantee. Domain purchases are not eligible for refunds. (Please note: Only new customers are eligible for our 15- Day Money-back Guarantee). If the TOS/AUP agreed upon when ordering is violated this also makes you ineligible for the 15-Day Money-back Guarantee.


Q: How long does it take for my order to be activated?

Ans: Your account is normally set up instantly, in some cases within 24 hours from the time you place the order in case of payment verifications/ fraud alerts. You will receive an email from VPS9 once your order has been approved. Dedicated Servers will be delivered 3-4 days from the time the order is processed.


Q: What type of payments do you accept?

Ans: We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal, Payza, Perfect Money, EBS, Web Money, Bank Wire Transfer, and Crypto-currency payment. On a per customer basis, we will accept checks.


Q: Will you migrate my hosting account/websites from another provider?

Ans: Yes, as long as you are using the same control panel. Please follow the normal order procedure. Once you receive the welcome email please submit a support ticket through our support portal.


Q: Do I need my own domain name when signing up for a hosting package?

Ans: Yes, in order to purchase a hosting package you will need your own domain.

Ans: We give you the option of submitting a ticket by simply sending us an email that can be tracked and monitored via our help desk. You can also submit a ticket through your billing login system.

Q: Can I upgrade my account at a later time?

Ans: Yes, you can upgrade your account at any time. Please email us at sales@vps9.net with your customer ID and we will take care of your request.
Please note : Once your plan is upgraded you can not request a downgrade of the same plan for at least one month.


Q: Where are your servers located?

Ans: We have servers in 4 different locations in the Germany, Netherlands, Russia and USA.


Q: Do your prices include Service Tax?

Ans: Service Tax is applicable for only Indian National Clients.
