Russia VPS Migration

Dear Client,
We are changing the existing Russia provider with the new Datacenter - FIORD, Moscow, Russia
For better performance, reliable network and stable TIER III Datacenter, we had to take this decision. Last month we faced 12-24hours of downtime, due to power outage in WebDC TIER II Datacenter, which affected many of our customers business.
This migration will start with immediate affect : 08/08/2018.
Migration Process Details:
1) Client VPS or VPS`s will be migrated to new nodes, which are more powerful and brand new available for service.
2) After migration client VPS or VPS`s service will be assigned with new IP address. And ticket will be opened with New IP address provided.
3) The login details, files and database will not be altered or changed. Whole Virtual Machine will be migrated. Client will be able to connect through new IP adddress assigned with same old root login details.
We expect all russia location clients to co-operate during this migration process. And we will make there will be minimal amount of downtime during the migration process.
