There are 2 types of Cancellation:
- End of Billing - In this type of cancellation, the service will be cancelled at the end of the billing period. i.e. if your service will end on 30th of a month, the service will be active till 30th and will be cancelled at the end of the day.
- Immediate - Immediate cancellation will cancel the service immediately. Our automatic process will cancel the service at that moment and all the data will be lost. So, one has to be careful while selecting Immediate cancellation, as once the data is lost, it cannot be retrieved.
* Dedicated Servers needs to be cancelled before 10 days to be eligible for cancellation.
